Japanese Miso Beef dish

    Preparation

  1. Mix spices in a small bowl (miso paste, sake, soy sauce, sugar, & water)

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan then add garlic and ginger then add green onion

  3. Add mushrooms, stir for 5-10 min

  4. Add ground beef, stir for 5 minutesm.

  5. Add mixed spice (miso, sake, soy sauce, sugar, water) and stir until the water boils off (about 5 minutes)

  6. Add sesame oil and mix.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
