Boil water in a pot with salt and cook 1 & ¼ cup pasta according to package directions
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, and 1 cup sliced mushrooms until softened
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add 1 cup lean ground beef or sirloin and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks
Season the beef mixture with 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder
Stir in ¼ cup light cream cheese, ⅓ cup fat free greek yogurt, and ⅓ cup light mozzarella until melted and combined
Add ½ cup pasta water to the beef mixture and stir well
Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture
Serve topped with cilantro and chili flakes
