To prepare the sauce, mix together the organic water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, MSG, and palm sugar. Set this mixture aside.
Marinate the chicken in the pan and cook until it is browned and about 90% done. Once cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, stir fry the garlic and broccoli stems for a few minutes. Then, add the broccoli leaves and cook until they are wilted. Set this mixture aside.
Add the beaten egg to the pan and scramble it until fully cooked. Set it aside with the other cooked ingredients.
Next, add the rice noodles to the pan along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
Finally, add the veggies and the cooked chicken to the pan. Give everything a final toss to mix well.
Once everything is combined and heated through, plate the dish and enjoy.
