Strawberry Bruschetta
  1. Add strawberry, lemon zest & juice, sugar, thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic to a pan.

  2. Give it a good mix, and pop that in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the Strawberries caramelize and start to get sticky & jammy.

  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before you top your burrata with lots of that goodness!

  4. Finish it with toasted pinenuts for a nice crunch, fresh basil, some salt and pepper, EVOO, and balsamic glaze!

  5. Toast that ciabatta and rub it with a clove of garlic.
