Pumpkin Pecan Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking oil spray

  2. In a bowl, whisk pumpkin, milk, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt until combined

  3. Pour mixture into pan

  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the entire surface using a spoon to carefully spread it to the edges

  5. Top with cubed butter evenly over the cake mix

  6. Sprinkle on the pecans

  7. Bake for 1 hour

  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares

  9. Refrigerate after serving

  10. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired
