Cook pasta according to box directions. Set aside.
Chop and prep all veggies.
Prepare salad dressing by whisking together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, pepper, tomatoes, onion, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, and olives.
Drizzle dressing over top, then mix until well combined.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley, and gently toss.
