Asian Chimichurri Steak Musubi
  1. Wash rice thoroughly. cook rice

  2. Prepare chimichurri sauce by mincing and mixing all sauce ingredients above into a bowl. set aside

  3. Sprinkle flaky salt on your steak and grill/pan sear your steak. grilling: char on both sides and poke with tongs to test firmness (how well done want it). pan sear: oil pan and cook on medium high heat til both sides are deep brown. let rest on a cutting board for 10min. slice against the grain for a more tender like bites

  4. Cut 4 nori sheets into halves

  5. Assemble musubi by filling ⅔ of your musubi mold with cooked rice. press down on the rice with mold. sprinkle furikake. press mold down all the way then release the outside mold while pressing down. layer your steak slices. top with chimichurri. wrap with nori sheet with 'shiny' side outside and 'rough' side inside

  6. Enjoy!
