Cucumber Banchan
  1. Slice up the cucumber(s) as thick or thin as you'd like. Put in a bowl, add salt, and toss. Let sit for 10 mins to expel the water. Drain the water, rinse, and set aside.

  2. Mix sauce together.

  3. Mix the cucumbers with the sauce.
