Preheat oven 425°F, grease muffin tray (I used olive oil spray) and put 5-6 tots in each muffin tin.
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and use a small cup (I used an espresso glass) or a muddler to press tater tots down to create cup shape.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese in each cup.
Bake additional 13-15 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes then use a butter knife to remove tot cups and add remaining toppings and enjoy!
