High-protein Steak Alfredo Pasta
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the protein pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the Steak: Cut the top sirloin into bite-size pieces. Toss evenly with all steak seasonings. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with light oil spray. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Cook the Broccoli: Steam broccoli until just tender and bright green. Remove and set aside.

  4. Make the High-Protein Alfredo Sauce: Combine 600g plain Greek yogurt, 240ml fat-free milk, 40g light cream cheese, 40g grated Parmesan, and 10g garlic.

  5. Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta, steak, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss until everything is evenly coated. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
