Martha Stewart's Mom's Meatloaf
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F

  2. Pulse bread in food processor until broken down to breadcrumbs and add to ground beef

  3. Process carrots, celery, garlic and parsley into breadcrumbs consistency and add to the ground beef

  4. Season with ketchup, dry mustard, salt and pepper

  5. Pack into a loaf pan and clean the edges

  6. Mix up the glaze ingredients and top evenly

  7. Bake for 90 minutes

  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve
