My Fave High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip
  1. Mix cottage cheese, avocado, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil into your food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until whipped, about 1 minute.

  3. Place the dip into the bowl and serve with veggies and crackers.
