Fully cook the ground beef in a pan and drain all the grease completely.
Chop the onions and peppers into dice-sized cubes and mince the garlic.
Drain the juice from the Rotel cans, drain, AND WASH the kidney beans. It's important to wash all the can liquid off them.
Add the beef and all the veggies to a crockpot, and pour in the drained tomatoes, the beans, and the tomato sauce.
The powders I pre mix in a bowl to blend them together, then sprinkle evenly over the top of the beans and tomatoes.
Give it one good mix to spread the sauce and seasoning around. (it will look like there is not enough liquid at this point, but there is, just trust the process)
Put a lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours for best results or on high for 4 hours. Don't open the lid to stir it too much, maybe twice max, to keep the heat in.
