In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
Next, add the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix everything together until combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries and nuts if you’re using them. Be careful not to mash the blueberries.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with a little oil or cooking spray.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
