Baked Oatmeal
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8x11 baking dish with a little melted butter.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla until well combined.

  3. Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and stir to combine with the wet ingredients.

  4. Transfer to the greased baking dish.

  5. Bake uncovered until the top of the oatmeal is golden and the mixture is set, about 35-40 minutes.

  6. Remove and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
