  1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour together.

  7. After shaping, let it ferment for another 10 to 15 minutes. Roll out the desired size.

  10. Heat the baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.

  11. After shaping the bread, transfer it to the baking sheet carefully.

  12. After a minute, you will notice the bread puffing up.

  13. Once it takes on color, remove it.

  14. It can also be flattened in a pan.

  15. The pan should be hot enough.

  16. Place the bread on top of it.

  17. As soon as bubbles form on top, flip the bread and it will start to puff up.
