Crock Pot Baked Potatoes
  1. Poke potatoes a few times with a fork, rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.

  2. Wrap each potato in a square sheet of aluminum foil — place in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  3. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours - or LOW for 7-8, or until fork tender whichever comes first.

  4. Carefully unwrap potatoes, slice in half with a knife, fluff, and top with desired toppings.
