Season your meatballs and fry for around 5 mins and set aside
In the same pan fry your peppers & onions for 5-6 mins then add your garlic, ginger, red chilli & red Thai paste and cook for another 2-3 mins
Add your coconut milk, brown sugar, soy sauce and allow to simmer for 10 mins
Add your meatballs and simmer for a further 5 mins
Serve with boiled rice
