Add the almond meal, protein powder, and sea salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine
Add the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix until a thick dough forms
Fold through the dark chocolate chips
Press the mixture evenly into the lined loaf tin
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set
Slice into 8 bars and store in the fridge or freezer
