High-protein Homemade Protein Bars
  1. Line a loaf tin or small container with baking paper

  2. Add the almond meal, protein powder, and sea salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine

  3. Add the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix until a thick dough forms

  4. Fold through the dark chocolate chips

  5. Press the mixture evenly into the lined loaf tin

  6. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set

  7. Slice into 8 bars and store in the fridge or freezer
