No-sugar Homemade Ketchup
  1. Soak the pitted Medjool dates in 1 cup of hot water until very soft (about 10–15 minutes)

  2. Add the soaked dates with the soaking water into a blender

  3. Add tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, white pepper, cloves, and vinegar to the blender

  4. Blend everything until completely smooth and ketchup-like

  5. Pour the mixture into a pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

  6. Add ½ cup of water and stir, adjusting with more water if needed for desired thickness

  7. Remove from heat and let it cool until it thickens

  8. Transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle and refrigerate
