Double Chocolate Bread
  1. Put the flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center.

  2. Add the yeast and warm milk, then let the yeast activate for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the eggs and salt, then knead the dough until it comes together.

  4. Once it forms a dough, add the butter and continue kneading until smooth and soft.

  5. Lightly flour your counter, bring the dough together, and knead in the chocolate chips.

  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls.

  7. Roll each one into a 15×15 cm square, spread some chocolate hazelnut filling inside, and seal the edges tightly.

  8. Place them on a baking tray and let them rise for about 30 minutes.

  9. Brush the tops with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) without fan, until golden brown.

  10. Bake on the lower rack so the bottoms cook evenly and don't stay raw.

  11. Enjoy your soft, chocolate-filled bread warm out of the oven.
