Brine in half pickle juice, or cider vinegar, sea salt, and dill, and half water. 4-8 hours.
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a pan with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, etc). Cook 40 minutes at 350°.
Flip, sprinkle on more seasonings; cook 40 minutes.
Flip, coat with Frank's Red Hot sauce, or BBQ sauce. Add a little water to the pan if it's dry. Cook 15-20 minutes.
