Combine all of your ingredients in a medium size sauce pan over medium heat.
Cook until all the ingredients have been cooked together throughly and bubbling. Should take about ten minutes. If you would like a completely smooth keto tomato soup, you can carefully use an immersion blender to blend the soup.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like your tomato soup a little on the spicy side, you can add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
