Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours
For Chilli & Rice variation: Add cumin, smoked paprika, hot chilli powder, kidney beans, dark chocolate, and cooked rice to the base
For Beef Tacos variation: Add cumin, smoked paprika, chilli powder, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, sweetcorn, and serve with taco shells
For Pasta Bolognaise variation: Serve the base with cooked dry pasta
