  1. Add egg whites + sweetener/flavouring to a bowl

  2. Using an electric mixer, beat on high for ~8 mins until soft peaks form

  3. Carefully fold through protein powder

  4. Pour into a lined oven-safe dish

  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 mins

  6. Eat immediately while fluffy
