Sauté onions and garlic in EVOO, add spices and sauté for 3 more minutes
Add wine and cook until reduced by ½, about 5 minutes
Add diced tomatoes and sauté for 5-10 mins until reduced
Add rest of tomatoes and broth
Cook for 1 hr on stovetop
Add baked or fried meatballs and place in 275° F convection oven for 2 hours
