Grab an oven safe dish. Toss in 12oz cherry or grape tomato and 3-4 minced garlic cloves. Unwrap and place 1 block Boursin cheese down the middle.
Season the tomato/garlic/cheese with a couple generous pinches of salt, 1 tbsp dried basil or oregano, ½ tbsp red chili flakes or Aleppo pepper flakes, and fresh cracked pepper. Drizzle with 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil.
Pop into a preheated oven at 400F for 35-40 mins.
Remove the roasted tomato and Boursin from the oven. Smash the tomato well with a spatula and add some fresh basil leaves.
To the dish, add 8oz of boiled high protein Kaizen pasta. Mix everything well.
Optional: top with some fresh basil, some shredded parmesan, and enjoy.
