Cheese Tortellini With Sausage And Spinach
  1. In a large dutch oven, brown sausage in olive oil. Then remove to a bowl and set aside.

  2. Add vegetable broth, ½ pouch Herby Chimichurri, and 1 pouch Red Pepper Romesco. Bring to a boil.

  3. Return sausage to pot and add tortellini and spinach. Boil 5 minutes. Serve with bread and grated parmesan cheese.
