Roast the sweet potato in the oven for around 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Coat the chicken in salt and chili flakes and pan fry in olive oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
Towards the end of the cooking process, add the honey and let it melt. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Once the sweet potato is cooked, slice and place on a plate. Top with cream cheese, honey and salt and mash it in. Sprinkle with fresh dill and black pepper.
Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, balsamic and olive oil.
Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and serve with the chicken and sweet potato.
