Add butter and honey to mixing bowl and soften 2 mins / 37°C / speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients and mix (you can also add an egg here too if no allergies) 20 sec / speed 4.
Scrape down bowl.
Knead 2 mins / dough mode.
Form into a ball, wrap and refrigerate at least 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 180°C and line two trays.
Roll dough to 1 - 2cm thick and cut into shapes.
Bake 8 – 12 mins until lightly golden.
