Tear the mushrooms into small thin strips with your hands and place in a large mixing bowl
Add the cornflour, five spice, onion powder and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is well coated
In a frying pan, warm up enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan on medium high heat
Add a handful of mushrooms, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until browned and crisp on both sides, then place on kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Repeat for the rest of the mushrooms
Once all the mushrooms are cooked, place in a bowl and stir through 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce
Chop your cucumber and spring onion into strips, warm up your pancakes, then serve with pancake, hoisin sauce, mushrooms, vegetables, sesame seeds and more sauce
