Homemade Hummus
  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor or blender.

  2. Blend on medium to high speed stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides and move things around so everything blends evenly.

  3. Adjust consistency by adding a little more water or a little more tehina as needed.

  4. Blend for about 5 minutes until completely smooth.

  5. Store in a glass container, cover well and refrigerate.
