Swiss Beer Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Divide cheese in half. Cut half into ¼-in. cubes; shred remaining cheese.

  3. In a large bowl, combine next 5 ingredients.

  4. Stir beer into dry ingredients just until moistened.

  5. Fold in cubed and shredded cheese.

  6. Transfer to a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan.

  7. Drizzle with butter.

  8. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.

  9. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
