Preheat your oven to 425F
Place chicken drumsticks on a large baking pan and season with neutral oil, salt, pepper, and mirin
Bake for 40 minutes
While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce by mixing together Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, Gochugaru, honey and water
When the chicken is almost done cooking, add the sauce to a large pan and heat over medium heat to simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens
When the drumsticks are done cooking, add them to the pan and gently flip occasionally to ensure they are coated well in the sauce
Garnish with sesame seeds (optional) and serve
