  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package directions and drain

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mozzarella pearls, salami, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and roasted red peppers

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil

  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss well to combine

  5. Add the fresh basil and toss again

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  7. Grab a bowl, fill it up, and enjoy
