Crockpot Beef And Broccoli
  1. Whisk together 2 cups of beef consume, 1 cup of soy sauce, ⅔ cup of coconut sugar, 2 tbsp of sesame oil, and 3 tsp of minced garlic.

  2. Place 2 lbs of boneless beef chuck in mixture and turn slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 4 tbsp of cornstarch and 8 tbsp of the liquid from the crockpot.

  4. Pour into crockpot and mix well.

  5. Add frozen broccoli(as much as you like).

  6. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.

  7. Serve with rice.
