Brown 1 pound of ground beef with a diced onion and 5-6 minced garlic cloves.
Drain off the excess grease.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir in.
Season with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning.
Add Who's your sister sauce, beef bouillon, and 0.5 cup water.
Chop 2 pounds of potatoes into bite-size pieces and microwave for 8 minutes.
Put the potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and mix with a packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix.
Spread the meat mixture on top of the potatoes.
Mix 0.5 cup milk with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and plenty of black pepper, then spread on top of the meat mixture.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Top with 2 cups of shredded cheese and crispy fried onions, then bake for another 5-7 minutes.
