Chocolate covered jam bites

    Method:

  1. In a sauce pan, heat up the raspberries for 5 minutes. Ones they are soft, blend them in a blender till smooth.

  2. Add the agave syrup, lemon juice and chia seeds to the jam.

  3. Create drops out of the jam on a plate. Don’t make the bites too big. Put them in the freezer for 4 hours or till frozen.

  4. Ones the jam is frozen, melt the dark chocolates and dip the raspberry bites in it. Place them on a baking paper to dry. Drizzle dried red fruits on top.
