School Lunch Style Glass Noodle Salad
  1. Julienne the cucumber and ham.

  2. Place the glass noodles and water in a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Julienne the carrot using a slicer and add it to the bowl.

  4. Cover and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

  5. Drain well after cooking.

  6. Return to the bowl and add the cucumber, ham, and seasonings.

  7. Mix well and serve.
