Pb Oats Bars
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Blend ½ cup oats into a flour consistency

  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add in peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, flaxseed, and chia seeds

  4. Stir in whole oats and blended oat flour

  5. Gently fold in blueberries

  6. Spread mixture in parchment lined 8x8 baking pan

  7. Bake for 22-28 minutes, until light golden, or set in the center

  8. Store in airtight container for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months
