Prepare the pastry cream: mix the 450 ml milk, 4 egg yolks, 90 g sugar, 1 tsp liquid vanilla, and 45 g cornstarch.
Prepare the dough: mix the 200 ml milk, 7 g bread yeast, 1 whole egg, 2 egg yolks, 30 g sugar, 40 g melted and cooled butter, 20 g oil, and a pinch of salt.
Add the liquid and powdered vanilla.
Add the first batch of 300 g flour, then the second batch of 160 g flour.
Let the dough rise well until it doubles in size.
Fry the doughnuts in hot oil over medium heat.
Coat the doughnuts with 3 types of chocolate: cocoa, pistachio, and caramel.
