Sauté the sausage, celery, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
Add the chicken, tomato paste, chicken broth, and Creole seasoning. Mix well.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
One hour before the end of cooking, add the long grain rice and stir to combine.
In the last 15 minutes, add the shrimp and let it cook until the shrimp is cooked through.
