For the salmon:
For the rice:
Add all the ingredients in the Teriyaki Sauce in a saucepan and reduce it on low heat. As soon as the teriyaki sauce thickens, remove it from heat. Let cool.
In the meantime, rub the salmon fillets with a thin layer of oil and air fry for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Serve with egg fried rice and veg of choice
