Healthier Hot Chocolate
  1. Soak 4 pitted dates and 8 almonds in ½ cup hot milk for about 30 mins.

  2. Then blend them with 4 tbsp cocoa powder and ½ cup water. Blend into a smooth paste.

  3. Now add 1 cup milk to a pan. Along with the prepared paste and ¼ cup chopped chocolate or more along with some vanilla. Mix well till the chocolate melts and everything is combined.

  4. You can add some water/milk to achieve the desired consistency.

  5. Serve it hot and enjoy!
