Healthier Snickers Apple Salad
  1. Thinly slice your apples and add them to a glass jar or bowl

  2. Spoon or layer the Greek yogurt so it sits between the apples

  3. Add the peanuts and chocolate chips on top

  4. Melt butter or coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat

  5. Add the allulose syrup and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until it darkens slightly and smells caramel like

  6. Reduce the heat and whisk in the peanut butter until it thickens and emulsifies

  7. Add vanilla and salt and stir for another 30 to 60 seconds

  8. Let the caramel cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then drizzle over the salad
