Mongolian Beef Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and water.

  3. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir well.

  4. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water and whisk into the pan.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

  6. Remove from heat and use immediately or store.
