Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Add the chicken and coat well.
In another bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and place the chicken on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the potatoes are golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
