Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the almond flour, baking powder, mozzarella, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Spread the dough into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, about ½-inch thick.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the center feels set.
Optional: Brush the top with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Slice into strips while warm and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
