Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat
Add ground beef and Italian sausage, sauté until fully cooked through, then remove from pan
Add chopped white onion and sauté for 5-6 minutes
Add garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes
Add diced tomatoes, jarred tomato sauce, veggie broth, tomato paste, Calabrian chilis, heavy cream, oregano, and parsley; stir well to combine
Add cooked meat back into the pot
Bring soup to a light boil and add pasta
Cover and cook until pasta is al dente, about 15 minutes
While pasta is cooking, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan in a bowl
Test pasta for doneness
Serve in bowls with a scoop of cheese mixture and garnish with basil
