Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, keeping tops and bottoms connected.

  3. Stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, 8 Tablespoons butter and ⅛ teaspoon salt in a small bowl until well combined and set aside.

  4. Spread bottom half of buns with ¾ of the butter mixture and place top halves on top.

  5. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and spread remaining butter mixture on top.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Let stand 5 minutes before topping.

  8. Meanwhile, using a hand mixer, mix remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with cream cheese, remaining salt, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth.

  9. Spread icing over warm rolls.
